Your account
Managing and deleting your account.
You can change your details from inside the URĀ app: open You, then Profile. To delete your account outright, open You and scroll to the bottom. Deleting is immediate and permanent — your account, your bookings and your access code go with it, and the same email address cannot be reused afterwards. The club keeps only what Spanish law requires it to keep, which the privacy policy sets out.

Trouble with the URĀ app.
If your access code will not scan at the gate, reception can let you in and read the code from the desk — you are never stuck outside because of a phone. If notifications stopped arriving, check them in your phone's own Settings under URĀ first, then tell us. For anything else, message reception and say which screen you were on.
